With more than 15 years of cross-industry experience, Mia Haines is a seasoned Organizational Development strategist, leadership advisor, and culture architect. She founded Miagra3.16 Consulting to help forward-thinking organizations transform from the inside out, aligning people, purpose, and performance to build workplaces where both individuals and businesses thrive.

Mia has led large-scale initiatives across financial services, government, defense, technology, and consulting, partnering with senior executives to solve complex organizational challenges. Her expertise includes talent strategy, organizational design, culture transformation, and leadership development, with a proven record of strengthening engagement, improving retention, and building resilient leadership pipelines.

Her work is rooted in outcomes. Mia has spearheaded initiatives that delivered a 90% improvement in leadership communication, an 80% boost in cross-functional collaboration, and measurable gains in agility, trust, and team performance. Known for her authenticity and ability to relate across all levels of an organization, she consistently earns buy-in from executives to frontline staff, building the alignment and trust that make transformation stick. She is a Certified Diversity Professional, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and published author of Mandated DEI Training for a Global Workforce and the Inclusive Hiring Best Practices Checklist. Mia holds a B.S. in Psychology, an M.A. in Public Administration, and a graduate certificate in Global Security & International Affairs from Florida A&M University.
